Dr. Galante was raised in Indiana. He completed his undergraduate education at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he earned a 4.0 GPA and was awarded the John Schoff Millis Award for having the best academic record in the College of Arts and Sciences. He remained at Case Western Reserve to attend the university’s nationally ranked top-25 medical school, where he graduated with an M.D. degree. He then completed his urologic surgical residency training at the University of Florida in Gainesville, followed by fellowship training in office-based microsurgery and male infertility with Dr. Sijo Parekattil at Avant Concierge Urology near Orlando, Florida. Sharing a mutual passion for patient-centric care, Dr. Galante joined Dr. Parekattil at Avant Concierge Urology as a partner in early 2022.
Dr. Galante enjoys and excels at many aspects of urology practice, but he takes particular interest in performing vasectomies, whereas Dr. Parekattil had a broader-based urologic practice. While retaining friendly ties with Dr. Parekattil, he wanted to perform more vasectomies through a practice like ours, which specializes in promoting, providing, and teaching vasectomy worldwide from our base in Florida. Since Dr. Curington and Dr. Stein are often booked 4 months in advance, Dr. Galante is a welcome addition to the practice.
