To schedule an appointment with Dr. Curington, follow the steps below:

3. Read about Fees and Payments
4. Book Your Appointment
After doing the above steps 1, 2, and 3, view the calendar and book your appointment online. Click on the various dates and you will see the available times for each date. When you are ready with the appropriate date and time, click on the black rectangle with your desired time to select that time. If you are viewing this using a cell phone, many patients tell us that the calendar is easier to view if you turn your screen to a horizontal position.
Also note that we will collect a $100 registration deposit. This deposit is refundable if you cancel your appointment before 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you just don’t show up for your appointment, the deposit is not refundable. Once you book your appointment, you will receive a link by email to register online. Make sure you do fill out the online registration. We are very thorough in our practice, and we make sure we know the relevant details about our patients to do a good job.
